The Core Challenge

The distribution business coordinated hundreds of daily morning delivery drop-offs across multiple routes and distributor tiers entirely through physical logbooks and disjointed spreadsheets. Tracking daily distribution fluctuations, managing distributor accounts, reconciling monthly collections, and scheduling multi-publication deliveries created severe operational overhead, frequent billing disputes, and lack of operational visibility.

An end-to-end distribution and delivery management platform built for the operations side of a regional newspaper and morning-goods distribution business. Designed strictly as an internal operational hub rather than a customer self-service app, the system brings structured digital workflows to an industry traditionally run on fragmented paper notebooks and spreadsheets.

Rajni Techie designed and engineered a unified operational system consisting of an intuitive Android operational app paired with a resilient, lightweight FastAPI backend deployed on modern cloud infrastructure. The Core Challenge

Neighborhood pharmacies frequently handle dozens of daily home-delivery requests over phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Without a dedicated system, pharmacy staff face misplaced order slips, delivery address confusion, unclear order dispatch status, and difficulty recalling previous customer medication history when taking repeat orders.

A prototype developed for a local medical shop to demonstrate a complete digital workflow for managing medicine orders and home deliveries. The project explores how an independent community pharmacy can transition away from ad-hoc phone calls and paper notepads into a structured, trackable order and dispatch system.

Rajni Techie designed and developed an intuitive, lightweight Android prototype tailored specifically for pharmacy counter and delivery staff. The solution streamlines customer intake, medicine order logging, delivery partner assignment, and real-time status tracking from a centralized operations dashboard.
