Mobile Shop POS
A custom Android application designed for a mobile phone repair and retail business to simplify product and service billing, invoice creation and day-to-day shop operations.
New Invoice
DraftOverview
A point-of-sale and business management Android application built for a small mobile phone repair and retail shop. The app replaces manual billing with a practical digital workflow tailored to how the shop actually operates.
The Problem
The shop owner relied on manual, paper-based processes for billing and record-keeping. Product and service information was hard to track, invoices took time to prepare, and sharing them with customers required separate steps. The existing generic software did not match the shop’s real workflow — which mixes product sales, repair services and accessories in a single transaction.
The Solution
Rajni Techie built a custom Android application designed specifically around the shop’s daily operations. Instead of forcing the business into generic POS software, the application mirrors how products and services are actually sold, billed and recorded on the counter.
Key Features
- Capture product photographs directly within the app
- Record product and service information in one place
- Create invoices with product and service line items
- Attach photographs to invoices for repair and trade-in records
- Manage transaction information and history
- Share invoices through WhatsApp directly from the app
- Maintain a practical digital workflow for the shop

Outcome
The shop owner now runs day-to-day billing and record-keeping through a single Android application built around the shop’s real workflow. Invoices are created and shared with customers in moments, and product, service and transaction information stays in one practical, searchable place — an example of building software specifically around a small business’s operational workflow.
